By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a medical spa. Heather is not only the sweetest human, but she is very knowledgeable and informative with her clients. She made sure I left feeling beautiful and with the expectations I can in with. She followed up daily with me to make sure my healing process was on point and had me come in a week later for a follow up. I am definitely glad I found her and will be using her for all my facial needs! Definitely recommend!!
I have been searching for a skincare place for so long. It’s been years that I have lived in Austin and tried out a ton of different places but it wasn’t until I found Skin Parlor that I truly felt like home. The ladies there are exceptional with their professionalism & the way they make you feel like your not just another $ sign. They truly care about your overall skin health and wellness. I will never ever leave Heather she has transformed my skin! Anyone that doesn’t have a great experience here I will be shocked. AMAZING ladies that care so much about you as a person. LOVE LOVE LOVE Skin Parlor. Can’t wait for my next treatment
Heather is truly amazing! She listens to what my goals are and she treats my skin and areas of concerns with a conservative approach that I appreciate. Heather knows how to achieve amazing results and her gentle demeanor is prefect to guide everyone on their individual skin journey. She is well versed in different skin types and she always follows up to make sure that all is well post treatment. I’m so grateful that I found Heather and Skin Parlor and I always look forward to my next visit!

Heather, Madison & Becky are such amazing people inside and out. I have always been scared to get skincare treatments since I had a bad experience at a MedSpa when I was younger. Heather truly cares about her patients she goes above & beyond. She follows up and makes me feel so special. You won’t regret going to Skin Parlor they truly are incredible ladies!!
