Okay, this garden center is awesome!! Asked for assistance with finding umbrella bases and they dropped what they were doing and both gave me their undivided attention (a manager and sales associate). They were in fact sold out but took the time to even check the stock to make sure. They clearly have integrity in this store because that garden center was so well kept. I WILL be back and I live all the way in Kyle. Appreciate you guys!

The most horrible experience that I have ever had. I was picking up an online order. Got there and called the number, no one answered and the mail box was full. I called my wife and she tried to call the pick up number. When she couldn't get through she tried main pickup number. They tried to get the store on the telephone and they couldn't. My wife tried the store customer service line. Line rang 13 times and it seemed like someone picked but she was apparently placed on hold. After holding for seven minutes she hung up and called again. No one answered that time. She called me and said to come home as I had been waiting for Over an hour. I was able to catch a young man and he said that only he and a small girl were working the pick up. This was only our second time to try online ordering. Checked our order and some things are missing that should have been included in our order. Now have to deal with that. Not sure if we will try online ordering again.

Variety of things to choose from. Handicap parking and access. Good location. They could always use some more of the handicap scooters though. Half the time, they don't work. McDonald's inside of this location. Restroom is okay.

Had an online pick-up order. I’ve used this service before and haven’t had any issues, but if your order is larger than what fits in the lockers, expect to wait 30 minutes. I arrived and checked in at the tower. Waited 15 minutes. Called the store to let them know I had been waiting. Waited 10 more minutes. Approached an associate who put out another page over the intercom. 5 minutes later, an associate came with my order. Not worth the waste of time.
