Went to return an Amazon package since they are a drop off point. You need to be Indiana Jones and have a map to find the secret location of this drop off desk. Now they have a good gimmick going tho. OncenYou actually find the desk (way in the back of the store) I received a coupon for $5 off my next purchase at the store. Which was handy because I found some stuff in the store that I really didn’t need, but I just had to use my new found $5. The check out people were nice. Very distinct strange voices but otherwise very polite.
I usually go to Kohl's to shop the clearance racks and find some great deals! Customer service is not the best, as it's hard to find someone to help you on the floor. The cashiers and customer service desk people are always very friendly and helpful.
Went the other day. Sales online do not match the store. Asked an associate and was told thats the price duh... Buy something else go to checkout. 12 ppl in line. Asked if they could open another register. Was told no and lady walked away.nCustomer service is beyond horrible. No one seems to care. Probably need to relieve all management and retrain all staff.
Kohl's is huge! There's so much to see that I didn't have time to go thru the whole store. I came to get a Ninja Foodie and there was so,so many to choose from, but I finally decided on the one my daughter wanted. We will have a great Thanksgiving. A clerk offered to carry the large box to the check out counter for us. After paying for it the clerk offered to carry the large box out to the car. You have to wear a face mask inside. It was a great day of shopping!
Great choice. Variable merchandise and top notch employees. I forget how nice this place is.
