I have been going here for years, they used to be great....I have no idea what happened. I scheduled an appointment and was told it was today at 10:30am. I live in Arlington, so I drove all the way here to find out it’s next Wednesday at 8:50am. I have no idea why they would give me the wrong time. I’ve seen little progress in my skin and when I have seen the doctor she looks at me for a second and prescribes the most expensive thing for it. I will not be coming back here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Malouf is an excellent dermatologist. I have worked with him to have a cyst removed from my forehead, and I have been very pleased with the results. I will continue to visit him in the future. Latoya was an excellent assistant who helped me out on the day of my visit.

Center for Skin was able to get my husband an appointment during the holiday season. They were professional and very responsive with his issues. Great place.

Incredibly rude receptionists who acted like I was ungrateful when I came up to ask about my appointment after I checked in and waited for 30 minutes after my time. Then when I finally saw a doctor (I have a cyst on my neck) the doctor was incredibly condescending about me asking if I could get it removed, and even seemed to mock it. This place is about 5 minutes from my apartment so I'd love to work with them but cannot recommend, ever.

AVOID - People should be aware that they run promotions with no real intention of ever offering them. For example, they SAY that for Father's day, they offer special pricing for certain things during the whole week. Actually, they're closed one day, and don't have staff on several of the other days (Dr is out) so they can't actually take an appointment. The alternative they offer is to PRE-PAY NOW and come in the following week. I see no need to trust them (or lock myself into anything) when so many others offer the same. (Botox $8.50/unit) I suggested they take the appointment NOW and honor the price when they actually saw me. (the sooner the better) You guessed it -not possible! I went to the Dallas location and medically, my experience was average compared to 5 or 6 others I've used for the same thing. They were disorganized and couldn't find supplies so it took twice as long but did eventually crossed the finish line as agreed so I considered going back to them. (they ended up treating me with professional samples instead of regular production product but I'm not complaining, they worked fine.) I recommend you avoid this place and avoid the games and the hassle. Hope this helps someone
