Honestly, I am surprised with the 5-star reviews. Went in for a hydro facial last week. First thing that was concerning was, despite the sign up front saying everyone coming into contact with patients will be wearing masks, not a single person up front was wearing a mask. The facial was a nice deep clean, but I have had much more detailed facials with additional treatments and massage for half the price. Then, at checkout, she tried charging me over $50 from the original quote I was given at the time of my appointment. Overall, I was unhappy with the experience and definitely don’t think the facial service was worth the cost. Won’t be back.

I started my skincare journey with Kalos about a year ago. I personally worked with Carolyn and would recommend her highly. Carolyn took the time to really talk about my goals and helped me make decisions as to which services would get me the best results while still being conscious of my budget. I’ve seen incredible results in just a year and will continue my maintenance appointments with Kalos and Carolyn.

I have been here a few times now and have consistently experienced the best service! The receptionist, Shelby, is always so helpful; she is wonderful at explaining the procedures, cost, and more. With great detail, she helped me decide exactly which services to get. I got under eye filler from Mari, who was amazing! She took her time, ensuring perfection, which was greatly appreciated. Typically, the thin skin and amount of veins around my eyes make it difficult, but Mari did an amazing job! I did experience minor swelling, but that was all! I highly recommend this business!

From the moment I walked in, the staff and providers were amazing. So very attentive and knowledgeable. Very professional and yet welcoming! Carolyn Q, P.A. did my botox. It was my first experience. I felt comfortable and prepared and she did an amazing job! I love my new look and I love that my experience was so positive. As a nurse myself, I appreciate the attention to detail and my results speak for themselves!
