This place is awesome! Very clean and Covid safe. The IR Sauna is fantastic. So many great benefits and it is also my time to turn off and relax for 30 to 40 minutes. I come out of there feeling so refreshed!

This place has been a FABULOUS and healing experience for me. The infrared sauna, nuerospa chair and luscious oxygen treatments have been such a rewarding and healing experience for me. The owner is amazing and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. I don’t think I can live without this!!! Re:gen Sauna Bar

i joined this sauna bar and I love it. Their extended hours from 8am - 7pm on most days work great for people who work and need to get in for detox around their regular schedule. Infrared sauna has a whole slew of amazing health benefits and feels amazing too.

Great ppl, clean, and a great price for a good sweat in the sauna...and the Netflix helped pass the time
