I haven’t been here in a long time, but I came in tonight at 8:35 (a little late, sure) and was told I couldn’t come in because the district manager decided he wanted to close early tonight and the cashier was told not to let anyone else in. The paper on the door said they were open until 9, but she said she just had to listen to whatever he said, she didn’t understand it either. He walked up and heard us talking about it and didn’t say anything, just looked at me and kept moving boxes.nnVery poor customer service, even if it’s a cheap place to shop you should still honor your hours of operation at minimum.
It's prices are good that's the only reason I go there. If you need help from an employee for something good luck finding one. They don't wear uniforms or name tags or anything to identify who they are. Also don't get in a hurry to check out. I have never seen more than one person behind the counter checking out people. It's hard to move around in there because there is merchandise everywhere... so when going there just be prepared.
I love this store. It might appear a bit run down from the outside. But the bargains are excellent. I always have a good time shopping here. They have a wide variety of household items, men's, women's,& children's clothing, shoes, jewelry & toys! And everything at super low prices. They don't have a dressing room. And returns are only accepted in the form of exchange or store credit. No refunds. So, shop wisely. But, all in all, the pro's seriously outweigh the cons.

I cant believe how bad this place has gotten in the last couple of years. The cashiers absolutely do not care about their stores condition and cleanliness or how they treat their customers. I tried to be friendly with a cashier when checking out and they said not one word... Here's a hint, if you dont like customer service/retail jobs then quit!nnPosted pics as proof of uncleanliness
