I scheduled a massage November 17th and my therapist was Abby. She asked if I had any problem areas or areas I wanted her to focus on. She was super sweet and friendly. But most of all a great massage therapist! She worked out a knot in my left hip/butt and was knowledgeable of what muscles to stretch and work on for me. I would highly recommend her and look forward to making appointments here for the other services as well in the near future.nRelaxation and a healthy mindset is their #1 focus, and they definitely did not disappoint!nnThank you
LOVED LOVED LOVED my experience here at A Healthier You. Very relaxing environment, well treated with excellent customer service. You get to have cheese/cracker/meat with a cup of wine to make the experience even more enjoyable. The staff makes sure that you are well taken cared of. Will definitely recommend others and go back!!
The name is PERFECT! The owner literally gives you information, products, and services that makes you a healthier YOU. I went in for the body contouring and saw IMMEDIATE results. I will be returning for several other services that interest me. I HIGHLY recommend making a visit. The staff is AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL.
Love this place, very professional, they focus on your areas you say needs work, this was by far the best massage I ever received in my entire 45 years of my life...I think she massaged every muscle in my body seriously!!! Had a great experience! I’m often in pain right in between my shoulders & massages only help a little. This time I left feeling great, and decided to book another session next month.
