Ball & Ball Trucking

These guys are jerks and totally unprofessional. I strongly advise not using them at any cost, because you will likely have problems and regret employing their services. I thought things would be fine until they were not and now I'm just annoyed.

Delivered a 625lb item 6 houses away. The work order was correct. Just did not take the time to read it. Awful company!

A driver with Ball & Ball harassed a customer and took photographs of her without permission. Do not use.

I have to admit I was worried after reading the reviews, but I am totally satisfied with Ball and Ball Trucking today. They were professional, polite, and just great. From the dispatcher to the truck driver I have no complaints. Thank you from a satisfied customer!

If I could choose no stars I would. I had a shipment that was handed off to Ball and Ball on 5/11 from Roadrunner Transportation. I called on 5/12 to see when I could expect my shipment. Nobody answered so I left a voicemail. I never heard anything back so I called back around 3:15PM and was told that my shipment was going to be delivered maybe Monday but more than likely Tuesday. I was also told that I could come to the terminal and pick up the shipment myself. I told them that I would need 1 hour advance notice to meet the truck at my business since I work another job about 40 minutes away. No call and no delivery on Monday, no call and no delivery on Tuesday. I did receive an email from my vendor on Tuesday that said they had been in contact with the trucking company and that my shipment would be delivered on Wednesday. I get a call Wednesday from the truck driver and he is sitting in front of my shop wanting to drop off the shipment. I told him that I was about 40 minutes away and that I was supposed to have an hour notice prior to delivery to meet the truck. He insisted that he leave the shipment in front of my shop unattended. I told him not to leave the shipment as I wanted to verify the condition of the shipment before it was left. The truck driver then hung up on me. I called the main office and let them know that I was on my way to the shop to meet the truck and I did not want the pallet left in front of my shop with nobody there and they said OK. Well, I got to the shop and there sat my pallet of guitars and basses on the sidewalk and no truck driver in sight.nnI would not recommend using Ball and Ball trucking as their customer service and delivery queue times are horrible.
