Leigh brooks was contacted regarding a load that was clearly asked amount of pieces and to make sure it wasn't more. Well it ended up being significantly more and then ghosted the carrier to pay a fair rate.nnThe previous carrier fell off the load too. Do not do business with shady brokers.nnThey only cared if load got delivered. Im certain the customer being a Veteran owned business would not take it well knowing they shafted a Veteran owned carrier. They had ample time to make it right. Im.certain it was double brokered hence lack of communication..This is the reason there was a Mayday 2020 call and the government is listening to complaints like this. Rick Santiago is representing carriers that get screwed like this.
