First picture is what I request my nails to look like minus the length and jewels I mainly wanted the color transition with a matte finish. I called to make sure they did acrylic nails, the guy said yes (we all know by now to get a nice color transition you have to use acrylic) The last two pictures are what mine look like right after leaving Beauty Nail and Spa. This is definitely the worse ombré fades I’ve ever had. The worst part is that I paid $58 ud83eudd26ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f definitely had plans this evening and company at the house or I would have stayed to have my nails redone.

On February 25th I visited for a gel mani and pedi. One of the nail techs, I think she was a supervisor, was rude. It was close to closing and she was rushing my gel pedicure. When I brought to her attention that I wanted my toes to remain under the light until the timer ends, she became annoyed and stated that she knew what she was doing. Afterwards, while talking to her peer, she began to speak in another language and with a fussing tone and pointing at me. This was very uncomfortable, unprofessional, uncalled for and inconsiderate for a paying customer that remain calm and reasonable throughout my service. I WILL NOT BE BACK. YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER WRONGLY WITH NO CAUSE.

1st time trying Beauty Nails & Spa Rockwall. Paid $88 for gel mani and pedi 01/09/21. Pictures 1/2 is left/right hands today. Pic 2/4 1/13/21nThe paint peeled off by day two from normal house cleaning and going about my routine. I'm very disappointed that the paint didn't stay intact. Normally its difficult to remove gel nail paint. The gel paint on my toes are holding strong still thankfully.
