The doctors and staff are excellent. Wait time are 10 to 15 min. I've had 3 bouts of cancer, melanoma once and sarcoma twice. I wont go anywhere else for this.i go to the Rickwall location.
As a patient, my son was bounced back and forth between husband and wife Doctors all outside of our control, but always had to pay a co-pay, even for next day visits when one was not able to write a prescription.nnVery slow response by staff to respond to billing inquires (4-days by e-mail) (6-days by phone).nnI do not recommend (Frisco's 5757 Warren Pkwy. Location) to anyone.
Didn't honor appointment, I never got call or voicemail that they would have to reschedule.
