Lines were too long and no help available in sight.
It was always the best place to shop for linens, cookware, pillows..with really great customer service..if you didn't have your coupon, they'd offer you one.. now, not so muchud83dude12
Service was great! The item i needed was sold out but the sales manager found what I needed at another location so I made the purchase and she arranged for me to pick up my items at curbside on Dallasparkway. NICE!!!
Didn't care for the staff working. Not personable at all. Maybe I just caught them on an off day? Store was clean and well organized.
Ordered item online,should of been here 12-17-20, but when I track order, shows delayed, no delivery date. Ordered item again online, got canceled, reason unknown. Went to store and picked and paid for item, so I can have it for Christmas. Have notified them on order status, reply was going to check into it. I needed it for granddaughters Christmas present. I will return one of these items. Never had problems with delivery before, might be due with related to virus.
