Every time I visit a Kohl's a I have a good experience. This one was no different. The people are always so helpful and polite and provide amazing service.

Did an in car pickup of an online order. Went smoothly. Items picked were great. Employee who brought three items to my car was very polite. Can't speak to what happens inside the store.

My shopping Experience wasn’t great 10/19/2020. I never experience a cashier asking for my driver license to purchase items with my debit card before in my life Especially with me using a pin number to purchase my items. I kind of laughed it off in the store but I have never been treated this way racial profiled I watched the other lady across from me check out a white lady with a debit card & didn’t ask for a driver license. I will never shop at this location again. I asked the young lady are you sure you need my driver license for a debit Transaction. She looked at me and told me Weird things been happening at this location. Wow This is Definitely not good for business. Simple etiquette is not teach In these businesses anymore. If you need a driver license to purchase with debit pin transactions please post a sign up so all Customers are aware please. Not just ask Certain ones that come in for drivers license on a debit pin transaction. Stereotyping got to stop somewhere. It’s no excuse for the nonsense. We as a whole got to do better.

Hit or miss. Sometimes good sales. However limited selection. Some stuff skates on junk or leftovers from somewhere else.
