Last time I was in there to ask about one of my medications I was told to come back the next day because Kathy did not have time to .pull it up on the computer and explain this to me... Well what are you there for then ?nYesterday my daughter went through the drive through to pick up my medication because it was raining and she had her baby that was asleep in the car seat. She liked to never got any service at the drive through and When she did get an answer it was Kathy again. My daughter said she was very tired of being treated with rudeness by Kathy. My daughter set at the drive in service a bit before anyone answered and that was after she sent the canister through to try and get someone's attention. She asked if the drive through was out of order only to be told by Kathy. That no that she might want to just get out and come on in because she was lined up with people on the inside. My daughter explained that she could not because she had a baby asleep in the car seat.nWhat is the use of that drive through window if you can not service and wait on your customers with a polite and kindly manner ? The drive through is out of order more times than it is working. I have been there several times when they had an out of order sign posted there. I have one more prescription to pick up and we will no longer be using Walmart Pharmacy nor will we be treated like a second class customer.. If you yourself are having a hectic or bad day you might want to stay at home instead of treating your customers rudely !!!

Too crowed & high priced

My brother was getting his medicine here. He was on a medicine that he was not supposed to stop without doctor's permission. My brother almost diednnbecause Dr. and drugstore could not decide who faxed who or what. I told them what I thought about the matter.
