Friendly staff...clean environment...and Derrick was amazing...listened to my needs...pull muscle in shoulder he really has nice strong hands and definitely worked out that strained muscle... Highly recommend Massage Envy and especially Derrickud83dude01

I have been a member of massage envy since 2004. Started at $49/mo + $39 for any additional massage that same month. Now 14 years later my membership has increased to $65/mo + $49 and decreased customer service. I could understand if ,as the economy rose, that the customer service remained parallel this would make sense . However, this is not the case. The customer service has noticeably decreased over the years. Evidenced by the second time where they cancel my massage on short notice (15 min notice) yet fail to appropriately compensate me for my time and financial resources. This is why after 14 years I have chosen to cancel my membership and support my local therapists. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.
