We just moved to this zip code. My previous zip code was 40217. I must say the associates at this location is 100% better than the one who worked the drive thru at my old Panera. The only issue I had was my coffee was close to being room temp, but nothing a minute in the microwave wouldn't fix tho. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the drive thru staff at this location. Thanks!

If I could give them a -0 I would... My order has been showing delivered almost an hour and I have not received it. After speaking to 5 people NOBODT WAS ABLE TO HELP ME!!!nFinally, after about 30 min on the phone and getting nowhere my order shows up. The driver Ilyssa was very nice an apologies. I ordered through the app with Rapid pickup. It was ready before the stated time. They are taking all Covid-19 precautions. Masks required, hand sanitizer available, designated tables, and cleaning of the facility repeatedly.
I ordered curbside pickup. The order was out to me within minutes of my arrival. The food was great and accurately prepared. This is definitely my favorite Panera location.
