Do NOT ever order something from them online. They say you have only 30 minutes to cancel then they take weeks to deliver what they promised in 3-5 days. Won't cancel! This is $400 they are holding of mine! Horrible customer service! Will do nothing to help you! I am canceling my credit card I have had with them for 15 years and will never shop with them again! No wonder they are struggling!
The best place to shop. High quality clothing and shoes. Reasonable pricesnWonderful discounts with Kohl's cash. My new favorite store.
I went to customer service for a online order pick up. My order was correct, but place in a very tiny bag. So, my child's clothing items were bunched up in the tiny bag... not sure why a larger bag was give for my purchase.
They do Amazon returns here. Quick and easy. When I go there, I may feel a bit inclined to make a purchase that I wouldn't have, but I am so grateful for the Amazon services provided. When you do return Amazon stuff you may get an additional in-store discount. Add that to the labelled and posted discounts on their markups (such as a 10 to 20 percent sale on an item clearly marked up 10 or 20 percent) and you'll likely come out okay on price.
I bought a deep tissue massager as a present for someone and when he opened it, it was used and broken. It was really dirty with sweat stains on it. I don't see how it was put on the shelf like that. I talked to the manager Joyce who tells me I have to go to a store across town(note I just passed that store when I went and got the gift back) all I got was a sorry. Sorry don't get my gas, time, or embarrassment back. I'm highly disappointed in this store.
