Love the store but never has enough cashier and stuff is always missed placed...took over 30 mins just to check out
You can find some good finds there for more than half the price
I was there this morning I went early so I would not have to deal with a lot of customers and the customers that don’t wear a mask how ever I saw 2 lady’s that were not wearing masks or keeping distance I had to get out of line and get back in line to avoid them I really hope they start to enforce the masks..
Horrible I returned a pair of boots because they didn't fit. I had charged them to my credit card and the clerk took my credit card to put the refund back on my card. She then told me that 11.00 would go back on my card and 15.00 would go on a card for store credit. I have never heard of such a thing. This an outrage. The boots were 25.00 and that whole amount was charged to my card that I pay interest on. This meant that I had to spend my own money at thire store. Well I will not go back to Ross.
Didn't have very much selection in Big and tall but it was cold so sweats will have to do
