I booked a massage appointment a week ago for today, and when I arrived there was no one at the front desk- I was greeted from down a long hallway by an employee. When I told them I was here for my appointment she just said that she was busy, that the person that I spoke with to make my appointment didn't book me, and said she would see me later.nI am a single mom and start school full time Monday. I have been looking forward to this appointment all week long as a rare treat to myself and now it's not happening. I'm now out money for the sitter, the money I spent on purchasing through Groupon that is too late to get a refund for, and out time and gas to get here. I'm just so disappointed by this experience (I will most likely have to wait until December for my next opportunity to get a massage) and I'm quite infuriated at the response I received from the employee. Very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the time and money and just do not go here, the good reviews are misleading.

Was there on Jan 31, 2020 - the shop is very nicely decorated, and clean. Massage therapist is professional - after my massage I feel fresh and all my stress was gone. Would definitely go back again soon.

Four Seasons Massage is the best place in the Katy area to get a massage. The place is clean and the massage therapist are very well trained. After my deep tissue massage I felt much better than I did before coming in. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will be back to try out the hot stone and Thai massage soon!
