Had a great experience! The staff was very friendly & accommodating. My sister and I were able to book an appt the same day! The atmosphere of the room was so peaceful and relaxing. And I absolutely loved my full body massage with hot stones...left feeling so refreshed & relaxed!
I am have a male therapist his name is Jack and he doing great job on my body massage. I went with my boyfriend for the couple massage. The price is perfect and when I tell Jack to go it extra attention for my upper back he did well. The environment is nice too.
I only gave them a 1 because I want to leave a review. Massages for 2. We arrived early. They took our names. Another couple came in for appointment at same time. We were then told they overbooked and took the couple that came in last. This was a birthday present for my daughter in law and we will never go back.
The experience here was amazing. I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and I and I can definitely say we will be going back again. The staff was super polite and knew what they were doing! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family! I left this place relaxed and less tense.
Completely unprofessional. I made my appointment first thing in the morning and because another customer was late they tried to push my appointment 30 minutes later. I tried talking to them and letting them know that it is not my problem that another customer was late for their appointment that’s causing my appointment to have to be pushed further than what I originally set the appointment time for first thing in the morning. There were no attempts to make anything right, just a lady smiling and laughing saying sorry and staring at me the whole time waiting for me to decide if I was going to wait 45 minutes for my appointment or not.nI go get a massage there all the time and I’ve never had an issue but because another customer did not care enough to be respectful of other peoples appointment times and the staff that work there I had to leave without an appointment because no one attempted to make anything right. I will never be back here again this is not how you treat a customer.
