This salon THRIVES on the relationships they build with their clients. I can personally attest to this because some of these employees have become like family. Tracy and Trish are the best of the best. Even the employees I do not use personally are so friendly and genuine. They know everything going on in my life and I know about theirs. Not only do I go and receive amazing services but I leave feeling even more connected to them. When things aren’t perfect, they do their very best to correct the concern and make things right. Other people have made reviews and said that communication was difficult. If you even remotely feel that your message wasn’t properly portrayed, then it’s your responsibility to ask for clarification or verification. No one here would deliberately give you something incorrectly. They pride themselves on their service and providing you with a quality experience, ALWAYS! I will continue to come here and will continue to bring others with me. For anyone who gets their nails done regularly, you know how much more important it is to have a relationship with the staff than just going to some assembly line facility that’s only mission is to “crank out” manicures and pedicures. These people are the best, and you’ll be glad to come here!

I have to say first that the staff was friendly and that the lady did do a good job on my nails. If it weren't for the concern below I'd go back in a heartbeat. I give this place a 1 because of sanitary concerns and they are not Covid related.nnI needed new dipping powder. The lady put some acetone in a small cup-like container and asked me to dip my nails in it to remove the old dipping powder. That's standard so it didn't seem odd. When she was done removing all the dipping powder she poured the acetone back into the little bottle she initially poured it from. I said wait..... That's used acetone. I just dipped my nails in used acetone? She said don't worry, the acetone very strong. I said what if you used that acetone for someone else to dip their nails in and they were bleeding. I myself had very tiny cut on one of my fingertips. She said no I use it to clean tools. (That should not be done either. She proceeded to dip the tip of the tool she used into another little container where she poured the used acetone- the one I had dipped my nails.)nnThis is unfortunate because this place had such good reviews and again the staff was very friendly, but the reused acetone was concerning.nnResponse to owner: The issue is not placing acetone in a bottle. The issue is that the nail tech poured that used acetone into a small little bowl for me to dip my nails in and I did (not knowing it was used already). That is not following safety guidelines and I really wish you would just acknowledge that it happened and just make sure it doesn’t happen again to other people. Thank you.

I've been to many different nail places but Mimosa Nail & Day Spa is the best in Katy area. I love the neck massage that comes with a special pedicure package. Loved it, loved it, loved it and thank you very to Trish who does an amazing job on nails design. I'll definitely come back and recommend to others.

Clean & relaxing place. Great staffs especially Trish; she did an amazing job. I had a full body massage and a pedicure done here and very happy with the outcome. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.
