This couldn't be better located!! With that said, terrible store!! On entering it has a musky odor that is immediately unpleasant and very telling of the age of this store, begging for it to be upgraded. With the superb retail shopping available immediately surrounding this store, one would think they would revamp this location. The store feels dark, gloomy and old. The service is simply appalling!! When and if you can find someone to serve you, the majority of them act like you just interrupted their winter hibernation. They aren't particularly interested in serving you and are far from friendly. This isn't an opinion from just one visit. Trust that I have visited many times and each and every time my experience is the same. Please make major changes to this store and location!!!

This is the best Dillard's I've ever been to. Super clean. Staff was very helpful. And the prices were reasonable.

I had a very nice experience. I shopped during the middle of the work week, so the store was not too busy or crowded. However, associates were readily available to assist the customers . I went in just to help my younger daughter with locating and purchasing a dress for a wedding. Due to the fantastic discounts/markdowns that the associate told me about, I looked around for items for myself and found 2 Calvin Klein women's tops for 14.00 ea and a matching skirt for 26 dollars. I also purched 3 lovely pairs of earrings that had been mark down! My older daughter liked the items that I purchased so much that she's going to Dillards this weekend! She leaves work too late to shop through the week.

Absolutely boring and no one was available at the James Avery counter and no one even bothered to assist. I didn't see anyone until I was getting ready to walk out the store...if I didn't know better I would have thought that they were closed ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0fud83dudc40ud83dude33
