Very clean, all stores open.
Very nice but way to expensive
The sales people here are so supportive and sweet at communicating that you won’t even care how big of a dollar you end up losing! The best person here is the manager of the La Mer counter! I hope to see her again the next time I’m there (which is almost every week)! My only one problem is the store inventory! I wish they had at least 35% of the brands they have online, in store because I’m not a fan of online shopping as I like trying things on before committing to the purchase!
I have ordered a lot of clothing from Nordstrom over the past 1-2 years and I have never experienced anything bad yet! They deliver fast and I asked the support some questions about sizing. They responded pretty fast due to it’s a huge a brand. The support was helpful and the supporter helped me very much! I will keep buying from them!
I was on the third floor last week with the intention of buying a friend of mine a gift for Christmas. The sales associate went above and beyond looking in the back for the item I was specifically looking for and even asked if I wanted gift wrapped. I didn’t get her name, sadly, but she was very nice. I love Nordstrom and its customer service.
