Nick, bipolar manager, doesn’t know the difference between steamed and dry cleaned.
I took in my suits and pants to get altered and Nick really took care of me. He had a great attitude all along and offered helpful advice on fitting. He also processed a lot of my returns without a single complaint. After checkout, he noticed the dust bag I brought in had a broken zipper and offered to replace it for free! I highly recommend Nick if you come to this brooks brothers!
Nice place. Just not my style
This store has a great selection of sleek clothing and office clothing. If you're looking for good attire you should check out this location!
The staff here is Incredible. They always go above and beyond, recently they had helped find some rare buttons for a Blazer I had purchased from them a while back.nnI would give the staff 5 stars but I have to rate an overall 4 only due to an rather unpleasant interaction I had with the manager a few years back. I believe he is the GM of this location. (tall, slim, grey hair). I would strongly recommend avoiding him.
