As everyone knows the VISA process can take quite some time. Thankfully, this Korean Consulate helped me through the entire process. However, if it weren't for Peter, I would not have been able to get through all of this as easily. I had been calling for months and inquiring so much, just to be sure that my VISA would process correctly. Peter was kind enough to explain everything to me and answer any/all questions I had each time I called. I am so appreciative of Peter's services and the speed at which your consulate operates. If there is a reward/bonus/pay raise system in place for good reviews about an employee, Peter definitely deserves it! I am so thankful and grateful to Peter and everyone in the VISA department, now I get to go home to Korea! :)

Seriously horrible. They aren’t helpful, they don’t return calls, and it’s impossible to get a hold of someone. When you do actually succeed in getting a hold of someone, they are rude and don’t help with what yoi need help with.
