Needed a new passport. Due COVID the first appointment was available after 3 months.nThe rest of the process was super fast! After 6 weeks I got my new passport in the mail.nThe employees are very friendly and helpful!

The phone system doesn’t work, even if you press “0” for an emergency the phones disconnect you. If you send an email requesting assistance the first reply is standard and to a general website link. If additional clarification is needed the email reply from this office is curt & demeaning. We ended up having to call the office in Washington to speak to an actual person. Washington office was very helpful.

I had a very pleasant experience started with easy parking,waiting in the lobby and inside the consulate.Everybody was very nice in the building and helpful.Mrs.Wolf handled my passport paperwork.She worked very effectively,answered my questions I had and she has a very nice personality!

Went there for my passport renewal. The office is kept very safe in regards to the virus and the receptionist as well as the Head of Consular and Visa Section (who was working on my application) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
