Very quick n professional guard at front and also staff inside. Very clean and parking was easy. Walkable to Galleria mall also. ATM across if you forgot your checkbook.

This place has rotations on their workers, so you get some who are helpful and some who just don't care about customer service. They know that some documents need their services and cannot be avoided, so it's frustrating dealing with rude employees. Their price has also been inflated as of late, but what can you do. I just want others to know and to prepare themselves when going here.nVai nguoi lam o day rat la bat lich su. Toi khong thich di cho nay nhung van phai lam thoi.

Terrible service. The process for renewing passport has taken 2 months and still processing. I called multiple times and nobody picked up the phone (office hours of course). And finally there was a soul worked in the last time I called. Then, he said this is not the right Dept. to ask (I dialed right extension for passport renewal). That is funny. We all Vietnamese and this is how they treat their citizen. Perfect.

I called asking questions. The person on the phone cut me off, told me he couldn’t help, and then before I could finish asking who I should ask to solve my issue he hung up on me. Very rude customer service. Kept interrupting and anticipating my questions before I finished asking. The people on the phone need better training. They also don’t all speak English. I had to wait 4 hours from 10am until 2:30pm to speak with somebody who spoke English. I know the services of the consulate usually are geared towards helping people who are fluent Vietnamese speakers but I’m calling on behalf of my wife who is still in Vietnam and therefore is unable to call for herself. The website should post contact info much clearer. Instead you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom.
