They need to get someone to answer phones. I don’t understand why they have a number if no one ever answers and you can’t even leave a message. Not everyone lives in Houston us that need to travel can’t even get assistance. The people who work there should be chosen with better customer service. The several times we’ve gone they are in a rush or impatient if you don’t have things right. For example no one had told us we needed a money order. It’s always a horrible experience when we have to go. Very sad.

I have had 4 visits in the past 8 years and the previous 3 visits I would have given them 2 stars. This visit for a new Visa was very different, an employee by the name of Nicolas, made the process very easy and answered my questions clearly and made sure every step of the procedure was done correctly. Nicolas answered my phone calls on several occasions before the visit as well and should be commended for his great attitude, overall knowledge of each step of the process. Congratulations on placing this person in this office to assist us. Thank you Nicolas for all of your help.

This place is full of old ladies that don’t know what they are doing, I came to get a poder it took me over 3 hours on top of that once I finish that I was in my way home they called to tell me that I need to come back because they need to rescan the poder another 1 hours here no no no, this type of service is unacceptable.
