Poor service, they never answer the phone, people wants to ask some questions, not everyone can’t use smartphones, also I send an email and still waiting on, really we deserve better service!!!!!

The worst. They canceled our appointment 1 hora before. And I had travelled 4 hours for nothing.

I called so many times the office they never answer the freaking phone. I guess they're so afraid about the covid.nI will call again next time. Hopefully they can answernAnd do they're freaking job. people who work here they don't care about the customersnWhoever is in charge needs to be fired asap.

Thanks to the Guatemalan consulate.nnThe staff is very friendly, the security officer is very patient.nnMy procedure was very fast. In just one day I abtained my passport.nnThank you for the tremendous work helping our community. Keep up the kindness
