Their service is so bad. To make an appointment on their website it does not work. And I also been calling their office and dont answer the phone. They are not professional at all.

Someone needs to do an investigation on how things are run. Security gaurds and employees are disrespectful and rude. More then half the people are automatically turned away at the door due to lack of information that is given by the consulate.

I'm trying to call to confirm a appointment but no one answers.

Super bad experience. The worst service ever!

This place is unprofessional and rude. Guards and employees both! Lack of information causes more then half the people to get turned around at the door. I don’t understand how a place that is meant to help but instead makes it such a struggle for people to get what they need.
