It was a good experience, the staff is friendly and efficient. Raymond, Hannah and the rest were truly nice. I think the location is Richmond North, the other side of Norris Conference Center but to make sure when you come inside the door you'd see the consulate right away. Here is my experience and some tips for those who are going:n1) They call you depending on your appointment time. During my visit, it was in window 3. A lot of people don't know what to do when coming in, so if you're early, sit down and wait inside, there are socially distanced chairs available. It's best to come 5 to 10 mins before your appointment. Don't come too early.n2) Payment is cash or money order. Some are not aware and had to leave to withdraw money so come prepared to be efficient.n3) They will also register you to vote. It's in Window 4 in my experience. Don't forget to take the form so you can fill it out while waiting. It's not readily available on the website so I had to fill it up on the spot.n4) The wait is mostly due to the biometrics and data capturing given that there are only Windows 5 and 6 doing the capture during my experience.n5) It was indicated that no one should accompany you but during my visit, a lot still did not comply since the room was full because of spouses and significant others who were also there.n6) My appointment was 11am, I arrived at 10:55am and was done by 11:55am. I timed it for precision :)n7) My appointment was Jan 28 and I received my passport in the mail March 3.n8) There are a ton of free 2hr parking near the entrance.nThat's it. It was great compared to my previous passport renewal and everyone was friendly. There was social distancing and sanitizers were readily available. The restrooms were clean too.

Today, I want all to know that you made a difference and that you are appreciated. You are the right person for that job and you both represent our country very well. Keep up the good work. More people need you . Stay safe and God Bless. Maraming Salamat at Mabuhay!

Easy to locate. Quiet and clean place. Also, the waiting time was longer (because we wanted to be earlier) than the actual time of picking up the documents. ud83dudc4d

They need to do their job. The supervisor need to do her/ his or step down and be replace by the filipinos that is willing to work for the people. Philippine Consulate staff really need to do their job or the Philippine government incharge of the philippine Consulate should replace them. Thousand of people complaining should be enough for the Philippine government to be concern of its employees
