I made a purchase on November 29,2020 for my daughter Christmas gift . Off white tennis shoes. I paid $305. SAKS never mail me my shoes. I was told it would take 12 to 14 days to receive a refund. It’s now February 12, 2021 I have yet to receive my money back from Saks fifth. Each manager I have spoken with have given me different information. They are Liar they tell the customer what they want to here. It’s this department they have to email for customer to receive there money back they has yet to respond. I hate I decided to make a purchase with this company. Place be careful with ordering on line with these people being they steal from their customer.
Had a wonderful experience shopping here all to my wife's stylist, Sam!! He helped her pick out a beautiful dress for her my birthday dinner. I was extremely stressed the day before shopping because nothing fit in my closet and he made her feel like a princess! He had beautiful dresses already picked out for her to try on and I ended up with a gorgeous pleated A.L.C. Dress! I cannot thank him enough for his help. He is extremely nuce as well! Thank you Sam and I will be back for more outfits!
I went today in my denim shorts and not made up at all to purchase a watch for my husbands birthday but no one even asked if I needed any help. No eye contact and the guy by the shoes department just looked across at me. These sales people dress up and act like they’re better than you when they should just be in uniform and focus on customer service instead. I purchased the watch somewhere else and not going back until those salespeople are in uniform.
Former location of Marshall Field & Co., where on the top floor in the Food Halls you could have all your Christmas baked goods (Scottish Shortbread) mailed out worldwide. On the 2nd floor was the superb restaurant. It is all very missed from the 1980s and 1990s.
