I had to stop and by some emergency clothing because I got gas all over me at a filling station. These cashiers were so helpful and nice! It was appreciated for as bad as the morning was. And the stuff I bought looks great to go into a meeting . Myra was fantastic! Thanks all for making a bad day better
I accidentally left merchandise that I had paid for behind at the self checkout. When I came back the following day, Lara who introduced herself as management was immediately combative and dismissive citing that it was not Target's problem, and insinuating that I was careless or trying to game the system by asking if it was possible to refund or replace the items. I explained that I did not understand where the hostility was coming from because I had simply looking to see if there was anything Target could do at the store level. She said I could file a police report in order for them to look at the cameras, but that they would not. She eventually offered to take my name and number to see if it ever turned up, but I declined because her behavior up until this point did not instill a lot of confidence that she would pursue the issue after I left the store. Very unprofessional and will leave a lasting impression as I decide which businesses to patronize in the future.
Worse customer service ever! Every person i asked for help they see u like you are asking them for something free, couldn’t return something because their customer service was close at 10:00am!!!! And they see you there and no one ask you if you need help... they passed by you and ignore you. I hope the manager of this store stepped up!
I was helped by Lara who knew that I was lost. She wasn't even clockin but saw the distressed on my face and told me that she was going to help me. Not only did Lara help me, she recommended some new products that I ended up buying to try. That is a great person and personality. I am coming back because of the service LARA gives me. I will never forget that!
Glad I have a Target near my neighborhood. The employees are great. But sometime they look really exhausted.
