This place is getting worse and worse. When compared to other Walmart’s and pharmacies, this place terrible. The managers here People below them. The Pharmacy department I am especially shock due to them being highly trained in the medical profession for patient empathy they treat your prescriptions as though there’s salt tabs.
Great customer service all in all! specially one time one of the technician, I believe her name is Betty, went above and beyond to figure out the type of Insurance I have and make sure I got my prescription correctly. Great Job! keep it up...
I am 100% turned off by the pharmacy staff and managerial staff at this location. I dropped off a prescription to be filled, they told me I could pick it up in 15 to 20 minutes. I made a quick run and returned to curbside to pick up my prescription and they told me that they could not bring it out to me I had to come inside to get it because they were going on lunch. I didn’t understand the correlation so I asked to speak with the manger of the pharmacy who continued to let me know how much of an inconvenience it was to bring the prescription to me because it was close to the closing time of 1:30pm !nThe first question I asked was “is my prescription finished” at 1:20pm & the pharmacist confirmed it was . So why 10minutes wasn’t enough time to bring the prescription out (REMIND YOU , they are the ones offering curbside). It honestly seemed a bit lazy to say the least . Also very much so inconveniencing seeing how now I will have to make a 3rd trip out of my way .
There is a black mid-age lady works in this pharmacy has bad attitude! Really disappointed with her rudeness
