Completely forgot the name of the girl I was working with, but she has a little bit of a reddish/ dark color hair and wears glasses. Anyways, I was extremely disappointed in the customer service my mom and I received. We went into look tonight for some glasses for Christmas and I specifically liked this one pair I already tried on elsewhere and she kept pointing out that they were “too generic”. Probably because they were cheaper than they other Ones she kept telling me to try on. She only handed me ones that were $270 and above when I never asked her to hand me any. When we decided to leave because we never went into purchase anything to begin with she looked extremely annoyed that she even helped us. I work in a place where it is not certain if someone will buy something and I am still always respectful regardless if they choose to get what it is I sale. Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. She seemed annoyed when we walked in and when we left. I won’t be purchasing from here and will drive further if I have to because that service is ridiculous. Let me point out that I have maybe left 3-4 reviews in my life.

If I can give this place zero star, I would. Zero customer service, lack of information, disrespectful and unpleasant stuff. Well I'm never buying a pair of sunglasses here. I was in line about to purchase a pair for me and my wife when I saw the manager mistreating a customer and threatening them. The customer was trying to return a pair of sunglasses and they would not take then back after not even 1 day. When the customer asked to speak to the store manager, he was told no. I definitely would not recommend buying from them. I put the sunglasses back we were going to buy and went down the road to get them.
