This was my first experience with eyelash extensions and it was such an easy process. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. My lashes look amazing!! The ladies here are so kind and helpful, they don’t leave out any information. I recommend this 100%
I’ve gotten my lash extensions done before elsewhere, and decided to try this place because my friend went here. The service itself and girl who did them was wonderful. She was very sweet and the lashes looked great. However, the next day I noticed quite a few had already fallen out which had never happened before. After only 5 days of having them they had almost all fallen out. There was probably only 10 extensions left between both eyes. I called them to tell them and they told me they’d fix them for $25 so I set an appointment for the day I was able to come in. 20 minutes later they called me back to tell me since I couldn’t come in until a few days later they were going to have to charge me $55. I told them to cancel my appointment. They never once apologized. I’m just so baffled by this experience. I’ve had lash extensions before from another place and never experienced this.
I had my eyelashes done at this place a few weeks ago. I clearly told the lady doing my lashes that this was my first time and that I really did not know what I wanted. Instead of educating me, she just showed me two pictures asked what I liked but never really explained anything. After she was done with the eyelash extensions some of them were falling off. I asked her to fix them which she did. BUT I still had to come back into the store to get them fixed AGAIN before I even left the parking lot. The place is very nice and professional looking. However, due to the service and the outcome of it all.. I will not be returning.
Very impressed with my lashes. The introductory offer was a great deal too! This was my first time getting them done and the girl who worked on mine did a great job! Didn’t catch her name but she had shorter hair and glasses. Will de going here from now on!
I got the Volume lashes here today. I will start off by saying that this place is very clean, staff is great and I felt safe! I do love my lashes but gave a 4 star because as soon as I got in the car a clump of the lashes fell out and now there is an empty space at the inner corner of my eye. Also one side is - lot fuller and longer than the other and it looks a little off and its noticeable. For the pricing, I wish the lashes were more even! Other than that, this place was great and everyone was really nice.
