Customer service was wonderful. I didn't receive a quality massage for the price I paid. The therapist didn't work on all the areas that I requested. As a first time client, I was disappointed with the massage.
Jackie is an amazing therapist! She specializes in deep tissue massage, knows her anatomy and how to effectively treat any problems you are dealing with. She is knowledgeable, friendly and will ensure you have a wonderful experience at the spa. The staff also goes to great lengths to make sure that the entire spa is clean & sanitized!
I had a great experience at Hand and Stone Riverstone location.nThe ladies at the front desk were very polite. My appointment was on time and Richolle (the massage therapist) did a fantastic job, listening to my needs, doing the massage and teaching me stretching exercises to apply during my day.
Staff was great and very Covid Conscious. Facility is beautiful. Staff person was professional and talented. I had a great massage and felt very safe the whole time.
The Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa location at University Blvd in Sugar Land offers a variety of spa services. It's clean and modern. The staff is professional and friendly. The massage therapist Lori is awesome! The deep tissue massage is the solution to my stressed out muscles. And the location is convenient....it's near different shops (e.g., coffee, nail, grocery, gym, bank, gas, etc.).
