I have visited this location several times and each time that I have been they have not had mint chocolate chip. Yesterday I took my in-laws and was very disappointed that they did not have chocolate, vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream (again!). They selected pistachio and almond ice cream but waited until we arrived at our destination to eat their ice cream only to find that it was not any good. You could see that it was freezer burned. It looked like it was curdled and it had a gritty texture. My father-in-law tasted it and said that even the almonds had a plastic texture. Had we not been a good distance away I would have driven back to return it. I made an attempt to call them to let them know about our order but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed and doubt I will return to this location.

I have gone to your store three times in the last two weeks. I go for your delicious chocolate ice cream on a sugar cone. I have never been to an ice cream parlor that did not have chocolate ice cream. Three times. What is the problem.

Need to change Store Hours!!! Google says 10pm, showed up at 9:15 and were closed!

Poor customer service by what seemed like a bunch of teenagers. Had to speak with 3 different employees just to get info about which flavors they had available. On top of that I couldn't even hear what they were saying since they continued to giggle the entire time while telling me what they had. Overall employees seemed indifferent about interacting professionally with me.
