Normally I would rate this bakery as a 5 star (pre-pandemic). Kind, friendly staff. However, the glazed and chocolate iced donuts are smaller than they used to be and not tasting as good but same price. The glazed donuts actually have an unpleasant after taste that wasn't there before. Didn't order as many as normal this time and glad I didn't. Also disappointed that the staff ARE NOT enforcing customers wear masks or even asking them to put one on. That is a THUMBS DOWN during this pandemic and one that steers my dollars to those businesses who are following CDC and local/state protocols/guidelines/orders. Fortunately, there is another great bakery (Bonnie's Donuts)...just as good if not better..with great staff as well on the other side of town. Owners were very kind to our family when we first moved to League City and made us feel welcome, remembered us each time we visited, and would give our family free samples of other types of donuts to try which was great with elementary kids. Moved and found San's. Now will make the extra effort to return to Bonnie's Donuts.

I refuse to get donuts from anywhere else. The staff is always very nice, the donuts are always good and the prices are reasonable. Ive never had a bad experience here and i can tell the difference when i get a donut somewhere else

Very nice friendly folks. My go to place.

Popped in and got a dozen assorted donuts. The prices were very competitive with the other donut shops in town. All were very good, except for one jelly filled donut. Idk what it was, but it had a very bitter, almost chemical like taste to the jelly. I immediately spit it out! The rest of the regular donuts were good. Hopefully, that was just a one-off problem, but next time I'll just get the regular ones.
