The staff is very unprofessional, rude, bottom line very bad customer service experience. As my wife was ordering the attendant was having a second conversation with another coworker having my wife repeat herself. After my wife finished ordering, the attendant started gathering our order showing frustration. We can easily say we'll not be going back here.
Janice and her team have been in Missouri City for more than 30 years. Always professional and courteous.
The best donuts store. Great service and they're quick
The worst donuts I've ever brought home...donuts that looked like they had been dropped on the floor first and tasted worse! The sausage kolaches were dense and greasy. To top this visit off, the servers acted like they could not wait to leave and that their customers (2) were inconveniencing them! Will never go back to this Shipley's on Texas Parkway. Will drive a little further to Dulles Ave. where the quality and service are so much better.
