I get facials regularly with Natalie Vinson and my massages with Shelbi. They are both so friendly and do a wonderful job! I also love the fact they carry Image Skincare.
I was very disappointed that they would not honor a gift certificate I received from my boss. The gift certificate has expired and I was told it was too late to redeem it. When i asked them to reconsider due to the pandemic they offered to redeem the gift certificate at half the value. I understand that the certificate has expired but we are still in the middle of a pandemic and I've been uncomfortable going any place much less to a spa for a massage. I am hoping they will reconsider but as of this moment they get no stars from me (I had to click one star to be able to post) because of their unwillingness to honor a gift certificate they have been paid for but are unwilling to honor in the middle of a horrific worldwide pandemic.
I’ve been seeing Natalie Lynch for years now and she’s an amazing esthetician. I highly recommend her to everyone.she Specializes in facials, waxing and eyebrow tinting. Everyone at studio 77 is so friendly and you’re always greeted with a smile! They also sell amazing products and their recent remodel has done wonders for them!! So excited for their upcoming Grand Opening soon!
When we moved to Texas from Chicago, I spent some time finding a salon I liked. From my first appointment, Kelley and the Staff made me feel like family. I was extremely pleased with the service she provided and loved the results. My husband became her customer too after my rave reviews. I soon started regular pedicures with Valerie. Best pedi I have ever had! The remodel is just the icing on the cake!! Gorgeous. Shout outs to Natalie V (my go-to for spray tans and facials), Shelby (excellent massage therapist) and Erin who is always pleasant and such a great first impression of the salon! I give them all a 10 out of 10!
