Not happy with their price match policy... they would not credit me money back on a purchase I made after they lowered THEIR OWN price (not a competitor price) because I was just a few days out of their 14 day limit. A 30 day limit would be much improved. I continue to prefer Amazon for most things due to their more consumer-friendly policies.nnUpdate 2017-10-30: Returned an iPhone 8 Plus and they charged me a restocking fee. Apple Stores don't charge this and they would not match.nnUpdate 2020-11-25: Poor customer service... An employee wouldn't help me find a product. The employee said they didn't have time for it. Reducing rating to 2 stars.

The guys at Best Buy were so helpful! This is really a shout out to both the Flower Mound, and the Frisco location by Stonebriar.nnMy husband just got a new job and needed a high powered mac, but within a certain budget. They educated him on what he needed for the purposes of his new role, and even though they didnt have what he needed at the Frisco location, they sold and held a mac for my husband at the Flower Mound location. He was so excited about his new mac book air, and immediately asked me to review.nnThanks for being awesome!
Did curbside pick up, and the service was excellent.nnOnly took a few minutes from me signaling that I was there online for someone to bring out my purchase.nnEmployee was friendly and engaging, very pleasant experience.
This best buy is the worst. If you can find what you need at any other best buy its worth the extra drive. The staff i have dealt with from here is incompetent and sadly the store manager is worse.
