I’ve seen previous poor reviews for this location but I have had several good experiences now. They are definitely busy but everyone has always been very courteous and professional on the phone, at the counter and the drive through. With calling ahead for refills and then waiting until the text notification is received, I’ve had excellent service here.
All there medication is double the price of cvs. Use the GoodRx app and save some money. Since we lost our insurance due to Obamacare it really matters. We paid $45 for a prescription that Walmart wanted $258 for. Same stuff.
By far the worst pharmacy customer service I've experienced. I've had multiple prescrpitions filled here and every single time I have to wait 15+ minutes for them to re-check the same insurance I've had for 3 years so that they don't charge me full price when 90% of the time my prescriptions are covered 100%. The staff is rude. Especially in the drive through. They make it seem like it's my fault they didn't attach my insurance AGAIN. The only reason I still use them is because they never have my sons meds in stock at the Wal-Mart by my house.
