BEST BAKERY in TEXAS!!!! He's done my daughter's cake for the last 3 years. He's done multiple cakes and pies for us. The danishes in his bakery are amazing. Multiple desserts he makes are so good. BEST CHEESECAKE EVER is at his bakery! Then there's the service.....all his staff, his family and Mike himself provide excellent service. Mike has become like family to us. We walk in to his bakery and he always comes to say hello. He treats all his customers like this. Wonderful bakery. Wonderful staff. We are customers for Life!
So we ordered a half sheet cake for our son's Eagle scout Cout of Honor ceremony. Mike the owner assured us we would like the cake. I picked up the cake and it was uneven, it had not been leveled. It had a wave in the cake and the edges sloped . The writing was sloppy and my son's name was almost unreadable. Not at all like the picture I ordered from.nnPositives are the cake tasted great and the staff seemed courteous.
I wish I could post a picture. They delivered me 2 cream brûlée with NO burned sugar on top. Basically two small aluminum cups filled with custard.... ridiculous. When I called to tell them, the chick working said “you can bring them in and we’ll put the sugar on top for you.” Yeah, just what I want to do. Pay tons of extra fees to have something DELIVERED, and then have to drive to get it corrected.
I love having such a great local bakery. The apple turnovers are legit and my daughters really like the horseshoe cookies. The stuff is great quality. Gotta support local, especially after this whole pandemic situation. ud83eudd19
Those pecan cinnamon rolls…Do yourself a favor and buy two of them. After you finish the first one, you won’t want to stop. Awesome local business, best bakery in town!
