This 7-Eleven store has been fantastic serving several local neighborhoods and communities. As of late, there has been a terrible odor in the store as if the sewer line has backed up esp. in the evening when a particular clerk works. I'm not exactly sure where the odor is coming from. There hasn't been a regular employee since sweet Bianca worked there. She began working at the store when it opened a few years ago, and from what I understand she has left the company and is a manager somewhere else. Losing her has been a terrible thing. She was very customer focused and always greeted you with a smile. With the opening of the new Kroger 1/2 mile away we will likely frequent Kroger over the quick, efficient trip to this 7-Eleven. Please, please remove the odor and give your employees a reason to stay.

We always stop there to shop and it's a old lady there she always ignores us and assumes my friend steal something just because we go in wait 5 minutes waiting for her and she its bussy with a vendor something I understand but she dont even say hi to us or something and it's more with the Spanish people

Update..... So after talking with a corporate manager over a mo th ago and being told a corprate store manager was going to fix the multiple problems nothing has changed. Shelves are still not stocked and items are not being shelved properly. I am done woth this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.nThis is one of the worst locations ever. I visit many locations in the area at least 3 times a day. This location is always out of stock of top selling items. Their shelves are never organized. The employees are always on their phones. The franchise owner yells at his employees in front of customers. I wish corparate would do something to get this location in shape.

The old 7-Eleven in bartonville town center is closed it is now next to Marty B's 2670 FM 407.
