Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. When we picked up, the color was wrong. The gentleman was very kind about the mistake and fixed it right away. They customized the decorations beautifully. Tasted great - everyone loved it. Great customer service.

I saw Cristy's as I was heading to my office and decided to give it a try. The gentleman that assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful. He described all of the cake flavors to me and offered some suggestions. He also was following Covid guidelines. The customer service deserves five stars. As for the cake... I chose their signature flavor which is a butter cake and this had pineapple filling and the chocolate cake. I hate to say that both flavors were not the best. The cake itself is very very dry. It crumbles. It's hard to get past that part to even make the attempt at enjoying the icing. The whipped icing was stiff and not fluffy. The chocolate icing was not a compliment to the chocolate cake. I don't believe I will return.

Went to get a birthday cake for my husband. Wow! Best cake ever! All their selection of cakes and cookies are amazing! We will definitely go again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. So happy this cake shop opened in Flower Mound.

We stopped on to try this place for my birthday. The staff helping was extremely friendly and helpful. The cake itself was amazing and the cookies were fantastic. We will definitely be returning to this bakery again soon.
