The guy who is always there, Charlie, is one of the best employees I've ever dealt with at Metro! He was super knowledgeable and went out of his way to address our needs and give us a good deal bringing our numbers over from AT&T. Thank you Charlie for being awesome! I'll be recommending everyone to you!

I went into this location and the staff was not helpful at all. I needed to close two lines and open a new one. First the girl told me they don't close lines in store. I told her I have had multiple lines closed at that location before. She tried to tell me it was a new policy. I said ok and sat there and called MetroPCS customer service to close the lines. Then when it came to opening a new line I asked for the promotional price clearly marked on the sale tag. The girls behind the counter trued to tell me I didn't understand the promotion. I told them I had gotten that promotion one week earlier in that exact same store. I asked to speak to a manager. They said there was not one there. I asked them to call their manager and magically the girl went to the back room and came out with a manager. When I showed the Manager the promotion marked she told me it was an old promotion and she hadn't taken the signs down. I asked her if she would honor it since it was still displayed and she refused .I went to a different metro PCS store and was given the promotion... Oh and I was in line behind a woman who was having her line closed for her. The employees at this location are either uneducated about their own promotions it they just don't care. Either way I will no longer go to this location .

JUST MOVED TO AUBREY, WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. ITS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZE! BOTH MARIA AND PEDRO WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

The guys that worked there were very nice and KNEW every detail of EVERYTHING I HAD QUESTIONS FOR..VERY CLEAN!!!! LOVE THIS METRO

The Sales girl was nice but rather short with me I went in asking if a phone the honor 7x would work on the net work in stead of looking it up or something she told me the exact same thing I already told her and clearly had no idea what she was talking about and definitely didn't want to be there on a separate occasion I went in to get a ZTE zmax pro which to my knowledge was in stock however she later informs me that she failed to put the out-of-stock card in the display with the phone she told me that they had the upgraded version of that phone however whenever we went to look at it it was also out of stock along with almost every other phone in the store over all the customer service was bad and makes me want to switch networks
