Great service. I came here to change my sim. Amy did great job. She quickly changed my sim to Metro. I got a LG Stylo 6 phone. The phone is slower.
Poor customer service. Here to port in my 2 lines from Att but staff member keep telling me to do online it will be faster. They just dont want to do work and redirecting to online. Will never come back to this locatiion.
You want great customer service? THIS location, right here, is THE BEST at providing EXCELLENT customer service! If I'm loyal to one thing, it's fantastic smiling faces that WANT to help me! I just switched over because Metro has excellent plan options. Customer service is excellent here. Kevin is probably the nicest sales rep. He listened to my needs and found the right plan and phone for me! Nice guy!
Went to get an upgrade for my phone. Shay was very nice and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and made a perfect suggestion on the type of phone I needed. Awesome job.
