An employee either stole or sold my product. 2-3rd time to happen and I’m sick of it. 2 hours before delivery you cancel my order. Never going to a GameStop ever again. You had the audacity to tell me “hey you can drive an hour to this location to pick one up.” How about you go pick it up I paid for DELIVERY NOT STORE PICKUp....... don’t support GameStop . They steal from you.
I think I have heard it all now with covid ud83dude02. Went in today to buy an xbox 1 since mine finally quit working. Lady in the store said she couldn't sale any till for 3 more days due to them being in quarantine.
This gamestop has always been the closest and the go to for the area. With everything from super friendly staff helping me get everything I needed. Not to mention the perfect location.
They were mean and hung up on me after I asked for a ps4. I then called again and they didn't answer. This is terrible, this should be addressed. THIS IS RUDE. They should be confronted for this behavior. They then blocked my number. This is wrong.
This is our local store. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you're buying or just browsing, they're always respectful.
